      
People of the Dong ethnic group tak e part in activities during the Sama Festival in Rongjiang County, southwest China's Guizhou Province, Dec. 18, 2016. Sama was the name of a heroine in ancient maternal society of Dong people and the Sama Festival, held to commemorate the ancestor, also has the history for a thousand years.
