(CRI) A monkey-themed exhibition opened this Tuesday at the Capital Museum in Beijing to mark the start of the Year of the Monkey.
Monkey-themed cultural relics are on display at the exhibition, which will run until March 13th.
The oldest relic on display dates back nearly 8,000 years.
This is the 9th consecutive year the Capital Museum has presented an exhibition themed "Spending the Spring Festival at the Museum."
Since 2008, the Museum has hosted a variety of activities to promote the history and culture behind the Chinese zodiac.
Admission to the Capital Museum is free. Visitors can make online reservation at capitalmuseum.org.cn.
