Tourism Watchdog Advises Caution for Chinese Tourists in Paris

(CRI) The Chinese embassy in Paris has issued a security alert, calling on all Chinese nationals in France to stay indoors and pay close attention to police information and local media reports connected to the attacks in Paris.

The embassy is also urging Chinese nationals currently in France to follow police instructions if they're confronted with a security or identity check.

At the same time, China National Tourism Administration is tasking its bureau in Paris to keep a close watch on the latest developments.

It's also asking Chinese travel agencies to increase their security precautions for tour groups that visit France.

40 Chinese tour groups with some 13-hundred people are currently staying in Paris.
