(CRI) North China's Tianjin Municipality will start a 72-hour visa-free stay policy at the Tianjin Binhai International Airport from June 8 for travelers from 51 countries.
Foreign visitors holding third country visas and air tickets will be allowed to stay in Tianjin for 72 hours.
Visitors will not be allowed to leave Tianjin for other cities in China during their visa-free stay period.
The policy aims to facilitate the development of the Free Trade Pilot Zone in Tianjin.
The visa-free stay policy will provide foreigners, especially overseas talents and entrepreneurs with easier access to the city of Tianjin to develop the Binhai New Area and the pilot zone.
