"Mei Qian", which is reared by China Conservation and Research Center for Giant Pandas, was artificially inseminated at the center's Bifengxia base on Wednesday.
Natural mating for "Mei Qian" and "Jin Ke" failed before the artificial insemination on Wednesday.
The center has completed the mating for 13 pandas in 2015.
