Mt. Emei, located in Sichuan Province, is towering, beautiful, old and mysterious. With winding and beautiful ridges, it is one of most famous mountains in China.
The landscape varies according to the seasons, the altitude and the climate.
The Buddhist architecture, music, grottos and paintings throughout the mountain all reflect the area's rich religious flavor and culture.
In 1996, Mt. Emei became a UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage Site.
