Flights to Asia from the United States can be very tiring. Sleeping makes a long flight shorter. You can achieve that by taking a night flight. Drinking alcohol on the planes also help tourists sleep. There are various methods in doing this and it is suggested that you choose the best one that applies to you. The other items that are quite clear to do is to make sure that your hand baggage contains all the bathroom essentials you may need during your flight. So that if your desire is to mouthwash or brush your teeth or floss, you have the ability to do so right away. If air sickness is an issue for you, make sure you know where the vomit bag is and keep it handy.
