Scenery of Eastern Qing Tombs in North China





An aerial photo taken on May 4, 2016 shows the scenery of Dingdongling for Empress Dowager Cixi (1835-1908) and Empress Dowager Ci'an (1837-1881) at the Eastern Qing Tombs in Dunhua City, Hebei Province. The Eastern Qing Tombs, the largest, most complete and best preserved extant mausoleum complex in China, was inscribed in the World Heritage List in 2000.
